Reminder To Residents

On March 29th and 30th The Arizona Corporation Commission will be holding Judicial Hearings regarding Johnson Utilities, and the need for an Interim Manager.

As District 2 Supervisor Mike Goodman put it “These hearings are all about putting an interim manager in place at Johnson Utilities so that we can start making the changes necessary to improve the quality of life here in our valley.”

As part of these hearings George Johnson himself has been subpoenaed to testify under oath regarding his continued involvement with the company, so we should all get a chance to see Mr. Johnson defend himself against the claims against his company.

In order to participate in these hearings you must submit documentation to the ACC before the date of the meetings. If you have had any issues regarding water quality, billing, or customer service issues you can submit your documentation to the ACC by following the instructions provided in Monday’s issue of The San Tan Times at:

“It is imperative that there is documentation provided, make sure you submit all of your information before the hearing dates.” according to Mr. Goodman.

You can also attend these meetings in person at 1200 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona in hearing room 1 at 10:00 AM on both days.
