Commissioner Burns talks Johnson Utilities blocking or delaying an interim manager. “How long will the court process take us?” Burns wants this to be on a fast track and avoid a long, drawn out court case when challenged.

Resident John Dantico calls for transparency on this on going matter. Requests Hunt management LLC to be excluded from being involved as they are part of the Johnson Utilities family of companies.

Public comments with local resident expressing their frustration towards Johnson Utilities and the ACC’s lack of action up until this point. Local resident, Julie Phillips, speaks about the smell coming from Pecan Creek and the abuse of power that is taking place and agrees that an interim manager must be put in place.

Mr. Goodman speaks about the abuse of power that has taken place against citizens and developers. Mr. Goodman believes there is enough evidence to show that an interim manager must be put in place.
