RUCO states that they have long been opposed to the tax pass throughs and urge the commissioners to reverse the policy today.

Jeff Crockett , Johnson Utilities lawyer, is now addressing the commissioners and agreeing with Ray Jones.

Agenda 18, Docket number WS-02987A-16-0275, has quickly become a very interesting portion of this Open Meeting. The connections between Johnson Utilities and Road Runner Transit is a huge talking point as Road Runner Transit is owned by George Johnson family members. It was originally claimed that there were no Johnson Utilities employees that were connected to Road Runner Transit but that statement was quickly backtracked when Miss Simpson stated she has seen and photographed Johnson Utilities workers operating  Road Runner Transit vehicles/equipment.

Supervisor house is addressing the commission to start.

Tobin is part of the meeting via live stream from Todd Houses office in Florence. House thanked the supervisor for allowing him to be part of the meeting.
