Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality intends to issue a Significant Amendment to an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant(s):

Facility Name: Johnson Utilities Section 11 Wastewater Treatment Plant

Individual Aquifer Protection Permit No. P -103081, LTF. 70675

Permittee: Johnson Utilities, LLC

The facility is located at 5452 East Hunt Highway, Queen Creek, Arizona, in Pinal County, over groundwater of the Phoenix Active Management Area (AMA) in Township 4 S, Range 8 E, Section 11, NE ¼, of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.

A Public Hearing will be held at the Town of Florence, Senior Center, 778 N. Main Street., Recreation Rooms (A, B, and C), Florence, Arizona on August 8, 2018, at 5:30 pm. The purpose of the public hearing is to allow the public to make comments for the record. ADEQ will respond in writing to all comments submitted during the formal public comment period.
