Does Your Business or Organization Need an APP?
For the second year in a row Pinal County students are holding a contest to decide who they will be building Mobile Applications for.
Last year the students built apps for The Town of Florence Historical Tour, A car dealership, and other businesses. This year it could be your business, government or community organization.
Teams of Students and Teachers will be trained to use the MIT App Inventor mabile application development platform to develop MAD Solutions Apps that solve real world problems. Each team will be connected to a business, industry, government or community organization that will submit problems or needs for app ideas.
They Need Your Problems!
If you are involved with an organization or business that has problems that could be solved through the development of
an App you can fill out a form to submit your idea. If your idea is selected by the school to develop, Pinal County School Office ESA will contact you.
You can find the form at:
Please be aware that not all ideas will be selected, and that certain ideas may not meet the criteria based on the limitations of the MIT APP Inventor platform limitations.
If you would like more information you can contact Tonya Ogle for details firstname.lastname@example.org.
App development teams will be invited to present app ideas to an expert panel in a Shark Tank style presentation on April 30th, 2018 at 9:00 AM at The Pinal County ESA (1400 N. Eleven Mile Corner Rd. Casa Grande, AZ 85194).
