Pinal County will auction a 30 unit apartment building on November 7, 2019. Property address is 225 N. Baylor Way, Stanfield, Arizona 85172. Detailed documents and additional map can be found at the following link:

  1. Live auction will begin at approximately 10:00am on Thursday November 7, 2019; doors will open at 9:30am for registration.
  2. Auction Location: Palo Verde Room in the Historic Pinal County Court House, 135 North Pinal Street, Florence, 85132.
  3. All registered bidders will be allowed to participate, registration will be done prior to the start of the auction. A form of valid picture identification and signing authority if needed will be required for bidder participation.
  4. Payment must be made no later than 5:00 pm on the day of the auction.
  5. Acceptable forms of payment is by check made out to Pinal County
  6. If payment is made by a personal or company check the conveying deed will be delivered after the check has cleared. A cashier’s check conveys the auctioned property on the day of sale.
  7. Conveyance will be by Quit Claim Deed.
  8. All properties sold “as is” with no warranty of any kind expressed or implied.
  9. A minimum bid will be established for each property based on appraised fair market value. (Opening bid $270,000)
