We are looking for a full-time experienced Intake and Scheduling Coordinator for our In Clinic and In Home therapy practice in Queen Creek, Arizona. Since our Therapists provide services to our client at home (70%) as well as in the clinic (30%) the position requires client contact over the phone.

The person filling the position will be responsible for:

  • Handle the intake of new clients, documenting & maintaining systems
  • Verification of Insurance
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Request medical referrals
  • Schedule clients according to Therapist availability
  • Requirements:
  • Detail oriented self-starter – attitude is everything!
  • Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
  • Must be able to multitask and work with a variety of software simultaneously
  • Fast paced environment with deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Healthcare or Medicare experience is a “plus”, not required
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Punctual
