Combs Coyotes

Baseball

The Coyotes had a great week last week going 2-1. The two wins were both against Coronado, a 4-2 game at home followed up with a 5-1 win in Scottsdale. The lone loss of the week was a 14-3 game in Tempe against Marcos de Niza.

Softball

It was a busy week for the softball team going 5-2, and beating Coronado by a combined 43-1 over two games! They also beat Bradshaw Mountain 9-8, Florence 23-8, and Marcos de Niza 16-0. The defeats on the week were 11-5 to Superior, and 6-2 to Goldwater.

Boys Volleyball

The Boys Volleyball team had a rough week with a 3-1 loss to Dobson, 3-2 loss to Gilbert Christian, and a 3-1 loss to Arizona College Prep.

Poston Butte Broncos

Baseball

The Broncos went 1-2 last week with a 4-3 10 inning loss to Flowing Wells, a 14-13 loss in Gilbert against Campo Verde, and finally a 9-3 win in Tucson against Cholla.

Softball

The Softball team was 1-1 over the last seven days starting with a 5-0 loss against Campo Verde, and then a 10-0 win over Cholla.

Boys Volleyball

The boys team had 2 reported scores last week starting with a 3-0 loss to ALA, and a 3-2 loss to Kellis.

San Tan Foothills Sabercats

Baseball

It was an undefeated 7 days for the Sabercats, and they were all huge wins! 26-3 over San Carlos, 14-2 in Chandler against Chandler Prep, and finally 14-1 at Gilbert Christian Academy.

Softball

The softball team also had a great week for San Tan Foothills goin 4-1 started off with a 11-2 defeat against Valley Union. Things heated up fast though as they beat Tonopah Valley 18-3, Central 12-1, Leading Edge Academy 18-0, and Gilbert Classical Academy 13-2.

ALA Ironwood Warriors

Baseball

ALA had two games and two wins last week beating Southwest Leadership 16-0, and a 3-2 win over Our Lady of Sorrows.

Softball

The girls were 2-1 over the last seven days beating Tri-City 25-5, and Mission Heights Prep 13-1. The single L of the week came by way of an 13-8 game against Tri-City.

Coed Soccer

The perfect season came to an end last week with a 5-1 loss against ASU Prep Poly, but the warriors bounced back in their next game with a 7-3 win over Sequoia Charter.
