Okay, so when we review new flavors at Dailey Yogurt N More we will do three or four at a time when new flavors come in. It’s more convenient for the owner and for staff to get it in all at once. But, when you do three or four flavor reviews at once, that ends up being a LOT of frozen yogurt to eat. Especially if you do it alone.

Sure, you’re thinking “good god, that seems like heaven!” But, while it is tasty. It’s enough to make you want to take a nap as your body attempts to digest, what seems to be, the equivalent of the weight of a Thanksgiving turkey… but in frozen yogurt.

So, bringing one or more staff members with you is key. It helps to get multiple opinions on flavors and toppings. But it also helps in the consumption. Unfortunately, we learned that some staff members do not pull their weight when it comes to doing their fair share at eating frozen yogurt. We won’t name names, but they know who they are.

Now, on to the review!

Green Apple Sorbet

We went super immature with the toppings and acted like kids. So, the toppings we went with were Nerds and Sour Gummy Worms. Don’t judge! Because it surprisingly worked really well.

Dailey’s sorbet is very different from their frozen yogurt. While their frozen yogurt is rich and creamy, the sorbets are tart and light. The sorbets are also lower in calories with the Green Apple.

With a name like Green Apple the first thing, some thought of was an overly sugary taste like a Jolly Rancher. That wasn’t the case. As with most flavors at Dailey’s, the tastes are rarely over the top sugary.

The Green Apple flavor matched the texture of light, a little tart, and a little sweet.

The toppings of Nerds and Sour Gummy worms are obviously not for everyone, but it was a fun mixture to try at least once.
